[Image taken 19.7.22] Flood wall, Dame Judi Dench Walk/Scarborough Bridge/Railway Walk, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location.] The wall is now 165cm at its highest point. The gap is 140cm. There are now no sightlines over the wall and no way to see round without ‘committing’ yourself. Difficult in a wheelchair, with a buggy, pushing a cycle... And if you have sight issues?
