The ‘wheelbenders’ on the right are unprotected from vehicle movements. Plus the design means you can’t secure your frame and wheels to an immovable object. An employee suggested these were mostly (exclusively?) used by staff. Staff need secure cycle parking that is under cover. All images here today: #184983.
